The Brescia Mobilità public transport service regulations, established through an agreement between Brescia Mobilità, the Municipality of Brescia and the Municipality of Desenzano del Garda, set out the travel conditions and safety rules on our transport services, with the aim of informing our customers and ensuring high standards across all the mobility services we provide.
Below you can download the public transport regulations for Brescia and for Desenzano del Garda: the first has been in force since 7 January 2014, following a resolution of the Brescia Municipal Administration dated 19 December 2013, while the second was updated on 27 February 2014.

Please note that the public transport service regulations are also available for consultation on board public transport vehicles and in all metro stations.
For safety reasons, the transport of electric vehicles of any kind (bicycles, e-scooters, hoverboards, etc.) is prohibited on buses and on the metro.
Brescia Mobilità, in compliance with Regional Law 6/89, is committed to promoting access to public transport for all users by providing solutions that facilitate mobility for people with disabilities.
Brescia Trasporti buses are equipped with access ramps for passengers with disabilities. In order to ensure appropriate assistance on board buses, passengers are kindly asked to notify the Company in advance when planning to use the transport service by contacting Customer Care at +39 030 3061200 (available every day, including Sundays and public holidays, from 7:30 to 22:00) or by sending an email to customercare@bresciamobilita.it at least two working days before using the public transport service. Please indicate the line to be used, the boarding stop, the destination stop and the time of travel.
