UPDATE ON TAX DEDUCTION OF PUBLIC TRANSPORT COSTS

As of 1 January 2025, data related to the purchase of season tickets paid for by traceable method will be automatically forwarded to the Italian Revenue Agency, so that they can be available by default in one’s own tax box for the purposes of appropriate deductions.

Data on purchases made until 31 December 2024, for which a tax deduction can be claimed by filling out one’s own declaration independently, will not be transmitted.

If you do not wish to transmit your purchase data, you can waive direct communication by filling in the form downloadable from the website of the Revenue Agency and sending it by e-mail at opposizioneutilizzospesetrasporto@agenziaentrate.it by 16 March of the year following the purchase.

Alternatively, it is possible to waive the disclosure of one’s own data by filling in this form - available also at the Tourism and Mobility Infopoints - and sending it by e-mail at opposizioneutilizzospesetrasporto@bresciamobilita.it by 31 December of the year in which the purchase has been made.
