In the reform of the ordinance 27/3/2017, the supply of fresh food products is permitted (Mon-Fri 5.00 - 7.30) upon communication at permessiztl@bresciamobilita.it attaching a copy of the booklet.

Motor vehicles may access the area after registering the license plate number with the Brescia Mobilità Access Control Office (tel. +39 030 3061115). Any purchases or sales of motor vehicles must be communicated to the same office by e-mail at infoztl@bresciamobilita.it or via WhatsApp at +39 349 9716156.

Loading and unloading activities
For loading/unloading using vehicles like trucks and vans it is necessary to observe the following guidelines:

• LIMITED TRAFFIC ZONE "ordinary"
  • Monday to Saturday, from 6:30 am to 10:30 am (with the obligation to leave the TLZ by 10:45 am)
  • Monday to Friday, from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm (with the obligation to leave the TLZ by 3:45 pm)
     
• PIAZZA DELLA LOGGIA 
  • With the exception of market days or days with other events and initiatives, access to Piazza della Loggia is not allowed at any time.
     
• PIAZZA PAOLO VI, CORSETTO S. AGATA CORSO G. MAMELI 
  • Monday to Saturday from 6:30 am to 10:30 am (with the obligation to leave the LTZ by 10:45 am) excluding market days or days with other events and initiatives.
  • With particular reference to Piazza Paolo VI, access to the northern part of the Piazza (from Via C. Querini) is allowed to vehicles for loading/unloading (max 30 min) residents and merchants present in Piazza Paolo VI, Via Beccaria, Vicolo Sant'Agostino, Via G. Bevilacqua (to qualify for this option a specific request must be made, submitting the licence plate number to the Mobilità e Traffico office of the city of Brescia or to permessiztledisabili@comune.brescia.it
     
• VARCO VIA TRIESTE - PIAZZA PAGANORA
  • loading/unloading of goods, from 6.30am to 10.30am, Monday to SaturdaY

Vehicles found within the ZTL outside the above times are liable to fines, including through remote control portals. 

ORDINANCE ON THE DELIVERY OF FRESH FOOD PRODUCTS 

Authorization subject to registration of the license plate by sending a request to infoztl@bresciamobilita.it

LICENSE PLATE REGISTRATION REQUIREMENT FOR VEHICLES REGISTERED AS TRUCKS
A copy of the vehicle registration document for vehicles registered in category N must be sent to infoztl@bresciamobilita.it for license plate authorization during the hours established by the municipal ordinance.

All vehicles registered as trucks powered exclusively by electricity are allowed to access the entire ZTL (Ordinary) + Paolo VI Nord and Sud (gate in Via C. Querini and Trieste from Via X Giornate), subject to mandatory communication of the license plates.
Access is permitted 24 hours a day from Monday to Saturday.

First-time users must send a copy of the vehicle registration document to infoztl@bresciamobilita.it – Access Control Office, Brescia Mobilità S.p.A., tel. +39 030 3061115.

Vehicles heading to garages in Via C. Cattaneo may access the ZTL provided that entry takes place from Piazza Tebaldo Brusato.

Guests of hotels and B&Bs located within the ZTL may reach the accommodation for loading and unloading luggage after informing the facility, which will provide the permitted route and subsequently communicate the vehicle license plate.

It is possible to reach schools in the historic centre; for further information it is advisable to contact the individual educational institutions.

GRATTA E SOSTA (Scratch and Park)

With the Gratta e Sosta (Scratch and Park) ticket, all citizens may request access valid only on the day of activation (the permit expires at 11:59 p.m.) through all gates except Querini – Trieste / X Giornate, Piazza Paolo VI, Corso Zanardelli and Piazza Loggia Nord / Sud.

With the temporary permit (valid from 1 to 5 days), issued by the Municipal Police Headquarters, it is possible to access the ZTL by demonstrating a temporary need for occasions such as public space occupation, moving house or weddings.

You can go to one of the authorized sales points or download BresciApp! free of charge from Google Play or the Apple Store and make the purchase through the app.

HOW TO ACTIVATE

You can activate the Gratta & Sosta ticket by requesting and receiving authorization to enter the ZTL:

• by contacting the Access Control Office of Brescia Mobilità at +39 030 3061115 (available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. and from 2:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.);
• by sending an SMS to +39 334 8471995, following the instructions shown on the back of the ticket;
• online by clicking here.

Gratta & Sosta is not valid for access to pedestrian areas in:

• Piazza Loggia Nord / Sud
• Piazza Paolo VI da via C. Querini
• Corso Zanardelli
• Via Trieste from via X Giornate

Gratta & Sosta expires at 11:59 p.m. on the day of activation.

Persons with disabilities residing in the Municipality of Brescia, holding the relevant permit, may access the ZTL, including the gates at Piazza Paolo VI and Via Trieste and pedestrian areas (unless otherwise indicated by road signs).

The following areas are therefore excluded: Corso Zanardelli, Piazza Loggia and Piazza Vittoria.

The vehicle license plate shown on the permit issued to the disabled person is authorized in the system.

For temporary needs requiring a change of license plate, it is possible to contact the Access Control Office of Brescia Mobilità S.p.A. at +39 030 3061115, providing personal details and the license plate of the vehicle to be used. The permit must always be displayed on the vehicle windshield when the holder enters the ZTL.

Alternatively, it is possible to write to infodisabili@comune.brescia.it attaching the duly completed and signed application form together with the required documentation.

Anyone who needs to occasionally access the ZTL may communicate each time the vehicle license plate number and an image of the permit (or all the permit details) before entering the ZTL or within 48 hours after access, by sending an email to infoztl@bresciamobilita.it or via WhatsApp to +39 349 9716156.

Affiliated operators (hotels, bed & breakfasts, garages, pharmacies, etc.) may authorize temporary access to the ZTL for their customers.

On behalf of the Municipality of Brescia, we manage the service for issuing TLZ access permits.

The service desk is located at the Piazzale Arnaldo parking facility and is open Monday to Friday from 9.00 a.m. to 12.00 p.m. and from 2.00 p.m. to 4.00 p.m.

THE ZTL PERMIT OFFICE IS FULLY DIGITALIZED:

• Operations through the Municipality of Brescia Services Portal at https://permessi-ztl.comune.brescia.it/ (which ensures fast and priority processing);

or alternatively

• Sending the completed application form, signed and accompanied by the required documentation, by email to permessiztl@bresciamobilita.it.

At the end of the review process, you will receive a confirmation email (or the permit directly if issued in digital format).

Where a paper permit is required, the office will contact you to schedule an appointment for collection.

Requests must be completed, signed and accompanied by the required documentation, and sent to the ZTL Permit Office using the methods indicated above.

The physical desk will be open only for collecting paper permits and for special cases where online processing is not possible.
