All the services accessible from the app are owned by Brescia Mobilità S.p.A. and are subject to the following terms and conditions of use. All those who purchase the services associated with this app are required to comply with the rules which can be consulted at any time on www.bresciamobilita.it and the travel regulations available at https://www.bresciamobilita.it/condizioni-di-viaggio

Brescia Mobilità S.p.A. reserves the right to change the terms and conditions of use, publishing the relevant updates on this page.

The services and their contents are protected in accordance with current legislation on copyright. Users may not modify, publish, transmit, share, rent, reproduce, re-elaborate, distribute, perform, give access to, or commercially exploit in any way the content or services (including software) of BresciApp!

Users may download the material made available provided that they faithfully reproduce all copyright notices and do not alter the form of the material.

The download is permitted only for personal or informational use; commercial use is prohibited.

To register for BresciApp! services, users must create a personal account on the registration page. To do so, they must enter a user ID (e-mail) and a password. Users are responsible for the correctness and truthfulness, as well as for the safekeeping of the access credentials and the activities attributable to their identity.

Users may cancel their account at any time by sending a request to customercare@bresciamobilita.it. The request will be processed within 7 working days. Users do not acquire any rights in relation to the use of the BresciApp! application, owned by Brescia Mobilità S.p.A., except for the personal use necessary to access to the services themselves. Therefore, they cannot grant rights of use, assign or transfer licences in relation to such software. For any communication relating to the terms and conditions of use of the Brescia Mobilità S.p.A. sites, users may write to customercare@bresciamobilita.it .
