The Brescia Mobilità Group offers customers innovative digital systems for parking payments and, in addition to the long-standing system “Easy Park”, has signed additional agreements with companies that manage parking payments via iOS and Android apps.
It is recalled that in all cases users are required to display on the front windscreen of the vehicle the stickers and/or window decals provided by the operator in order to allow control by the operators.
To benefit from the 50% resident discount on the hourly rate offered by the Park City Card during registration, you must select the “resident” option.
Where Telepass service is available
- Vittoria, Stazione, Arnaldo, Ospedale Nord, Ospedale Sud, Fossa Bagni and Palagiustizia car parks (Brescia).
- Maratona and Vallone car parks. (Desenzano del Garda).
In car parks where the Telepass service is active, you can also pay for parking with MooneyGo. Please note that MooneyGo does not charge the resident fee.
How to use
The device records the cost of parking without the need to go to the counters or cash registers.
The service takes into account the discounts already available to Brescia residents, which will automatically apply the discounted rate reserved for residents only based on actual parking time.
How Telepass Pay works
The Telepass Pay service charges the actual stopping minutes directly to your Telepass Pay account. It can be used via the app without having to have a Telepass device.
How to use it
By purchasing ‘Parking Packages’, available in denominations of 5, 10 and 20 euros, you can pay only for the actual minutes you park thanks to the Start and Stop system, which allows you to start parking when you get out of your car - by entering your vehicle's number plate - and stop parking as soon as you leave the parking space.

How it works
EasyPark allows users to control and extend their parking time wherever they are. It is the ideal solution to avoid overpayments and fines.
- EasyPark Small: this option includes a fixed usage fee ranging from €0 to €0.39, depending on the parking area;
- Easypark Large: è possibile utilizzare il servizio illimitatamente pagando solo un canone mensile fisso di 2,99 €.
To benefit from the 50% resident discount offered by the Park City Card, you must contact EasyPark customer service (after requesting the Park City Card) and ask to link your account to the Park City Card.

How it works
Once you have parked, simply select the parking zone where you are located (via GPS or zone identification number) and activate parking by setting the desired duration. If the parking time lasts longer than expected, it can be extended through the app without returning to the vehicle, and at the end of the parking period you will be charged only for the actual minutes used.

The new parking plan for the city of Brescia is now in force. It was introduced to encourage the use of metro park-and-ride facilities with free parking, simplify the parking meter and parking facility tariff structure (reduced to three tariffs only), and create consistency between parking meter tariffs and structured parking tariffs.
Where the UNIPOLMOVE service is available
The UNIPOLMOVE payment service is available in the following car parks: Vittoria, Stazione, Arnaldo, Ospedale Nord, Ospedale Sud, Fossa Bagni and Palagiustizia.
The parking cost is automatically recorded by the device, without the need to go to ticket offices or payment machines. The service also applies existing discounts for Brescia residents, automatically charging the reduced resident tariff based on the actual parking duration.
At the Piazza Vittoria and Stazione car parks, payment by credit and debit cards is available. POS terminals allow drivers to enter and exit the car park without collecting a ticket, simply by tapping a contactless debit or credit card, with the parking fee automatically charged according to the time spent parked.
