Complaints
You can submit complaints, reports, and suggestions using the most convenient method:

You must:
- provide your personal details and contact information
- attach any relevant documentation (travel documents, receipts, photos, etc.) to facilitate verification
Written requests will be responded to within 15 working days of receipt.
Reports to the Transport Regulatory Authority (ART)
If 90 days have passed since you submitted your complaint to Brescia Mobilità and:
- you have not received a response
or
- you are not satisfied with the outcome,
you can contact the Transport Regulatory Authority (ART) (EU Regulation No. 181/2011) by:

Lost Items
If you have lost an item on a bus or subway, you can contact Customer Care.
What happens after the item is found:
At the end of the day, the recovered items are digitally cataloged and stored.
To collect them, please go to the Tourism and Mobility Infopoint at Via San Bartolomeo 23/C.
Note: Up to 48 hours can pass between the loss and cataloging.
Accessibility Feedback
We want the Brescia Mobilità website and the BresciApp! app to be increasingly accessible and usable by everyone, on any operating system and with different navigation tools.
To this end:
- Technical checks and tests are carried out.
- Reports and suggestions are collected.
To report problems or submit proposals regarding accessibility, please write to: customercare@bresciamobilita.it.
Reports are forwarded to the Digital Transition Manager, analyzed, and managed. You will receive a response within 30 days: the timing and method of response will depend on the complexity of the request.
