CORSO ZANARDELLI BECOMES A PEDESTRIAN ZONE: VARIATIONS OF LINE 12

From Saturday, November 26, 2016, to coincide with the launch of initiatives dedicated to the Christmas holidays, Corso Zanardelli will be closed to traffic as part of the redevelopment of the historic center of the city of Brescia.

Following the pedestrianization of Corso Zanardelli, the route of line 12 from Fiumicello to Verrocchio will be slightly modified; services towards Fiumicello will transit from the ring, whilst services towards San Polo/Verrocchio will transit from Via San Martino della Battaglia and Corso Magenta where the services will then return to the usual route.

All the services of line 12 towards Verrocchio / San Polo metro station
From Via Romanino will continue along Via XX Settembre, via San Martino della Battaglia and Corso Magenta where the services will then return to the usual route.

All the services of line 12 towards Fiumicello
From via Spalto San Marco will continue along Via Vittorio Emanuele II, Via Foppa and viale Stazione Portici where the services will then return to the usual route.

All the services of line 12 towards Mandolossa which pass the city center at 05.30 from via Ferramola will continue along via Vittorio Emanuele II, Largo Zanardelli, Via Saffi and Via Solferino where the services will then return to the usual route.

Five new bus stops will be created:
Stop 2065 - Via Vittorio Emanuele / INPS
Stop 724 - Via Vittorio Emanuele II / BOSSO
Stop 2066 - Via Foppa / LAM Lane
Stop 2058 - Via XX Settembre / LAM Lane on the corner of via Saffi
Stop 210 - Via San Martino della Battaglia 11
